Made from 100% malted rye and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and French oak casks, this elegant expression showcases a balanced and approachable side of whisky made from rye. Bright cereals, apple and apricot are complemented by notes of tonka bean, chestnut and beeswax on the nose. The palate brings together fruit sweetness, toasted cereals and crème brûlée, with gentle rye spice and roasted chestnut.
