Rye smoked over alder and peat, matured in ex-bourbon and new American oak casks and finished in a rum cask. Smoke, toasted rye and spiced apple jam on the nose; smokiness, minerality, blackberry and a hint of menthol on the palate.

Whisky made from 100% malted rye, matured in ex-bourbon and French oak casks. Light grain, apple, apricot and tonka bean on the nose; fruity and sweet on the palate, with chestnut, crème brûlée and a gentle rye spice.
